Both providers let you browse exclusive seller leads and see a grade and a price before you buy, and neither requires a membership to purchase. The real difference is how the price is set and how long you have to report a problem. DrivenSellers lists a fixed price per exclusive lead by grade, with no plan needed for that price; it is the better fit for a selective buyer taking a few leads a month. iSpeedToLead’s exclusive price drops sharply with a Coupon Club membership, and it states a 21-day request window against DrivenSellers’ 5 days; it is the better fit for a volume buyer, or for anyone whose team cannot work a new lead within a few days.

DrivenSellers is the product of the team that operates this publication. To keep the comparison fair we compare like with like (exclusive lead against exclusive lead), give iSpeedToLead’s longer window full weight and show the volumes at which its membership is cheaper. All terms are documented from both providers’ public pages, re-read on 16 October 2026. We did not buy leads from either.

Card feed against LeadFeed, AutoMatch and Fixed Price Mode

DrivenSellers. Before purchase the card shows the grade, listed price, area, motivation, timeline, occupancy, repairs, listing status and equity; the seller name, phone and exact address unlock after purchase. You pay the listed price from your wallet. Optional automation exists: AutoMatch can alert you to matches, hold a matching lead for 15 minutes, or (plan members) auto-buy up to a monthly cap. Selection is the main way of buying.

iSpeedToLead. Browse-and-buy in the LeadFeed, AutoMatch automatic delivery by bid priority, Fixed Price Mode automatic buying on a monthly budget, and Coupon Club member pricing (iSpeedToLead, checked 2026-10-16). In LeadFeed, iSpeedToLead states the grade, price and key details are visible before purchase. AutoMatch bids start at $100 per exclusive lead, with a notice of a rise to $125 “starting April 1st” and no year. Automation is a first-class way of buying here, not an add-on.

If you want to read cards and pick, both work. If you want a large share of your leads to arrive automatically by bid or monthly budget, iSpeedToLead offers more ways to do it. iSpeedToLead’s grading method is not described in the pages we checked, so an A on one is not evidence of an A on the other. DrivenSellers describes A+ as most likely to sell soon and C as not likely or without a clear plan.

Listed grade price against a Coupon Club “from” price

DrivenSellers lists four prices and they do not change with a plan:

DrivenSellers listed price per exclusive lead USD, checked October 16, 2026
GradeListed price per exclusive lead
A+$349
A$249
B$169
C$99

The price is shown on the lead card before purchase and paid from the wallet. No membership is required for ordinary purchases. Optional plans do not change or discount the per-lead price. Grades come from DrivenSellers' published scoring of the seller's stated answers; no validation against outcomes has been published, so a grade is not a measured close probability.

iSpeedToLead. Exclusive leads from $199 for Coupon Club members ($199 a month or $999 a year), against a stated regular exclusive price of $399 (iSpeedToLead, checked 2026-10-16). The member price is “from,” so specific leads may cost more.

The plans work differently too, and this is where comparisons often go wrong.

  • A DrivenSellers plan fee is added to your wallet as credit. A plan gives no per-lead discount; leads stay at their listed grade price. It buys earlier access and auto-buy, and the money stays spendable on leads.
  • A Coupon Club fee is a membership charge that lowers the per-lead price. It is not described as being credited back to a balance. It has a stated 60-day money-back guarantee on the subscription.

So a DrivenSellers plan is prepayment; a Coupon Club membership is a discount you buy.

Worked example: where the Club starts to pay

The table below prices a month of exclusive leads at four volumes. It uses DrivenSellers’ listed B, A and A+ prices with no plan, and iSpeedToLead’s stated regular exclusive price and member “from” price with the monthly Club fee.

Exclusive leads a monthDrivenSellers, all BDrivenSellers, all ADrivenSellers, all A+iSpeedToLead, regular priceiSpeedToLead, monthly Club
1$169$249$349$399$398
2$338$498$698$798$597
5$845$1,245$1,745$1,995$1,194
10$1,690$2,490$3,490$3,990$2,189

What the arithmetic shows:

  • At low volume without a membership, DrivenSellers’ listed prices are below iSpeedToLead’s regular exclusive price at every grade.
  • With a Club membership, iSpeedToLead’s exclusive leads come in below DrivenSellers’ A+ price from two leads a month, and below its A price from about four a month. At ten a month the member average is about $219 per lead.
  • For a buyer who mostly wants B or C leads, DrivenSellers stays lower in this example at every volume shown.

If you are deciding on cost alone, count your realistic monthly volume and the grades you actually buy, then redo this table with those numbers.

5 days or 21: the biggest difference after price

DrivenSellersiSpeedToLead

Eligible leadsExclusive leads, not as describedExclusive and Active tiers; Sale not listed
ReasonsLead not as described on the cardListed reasons such as an unreachable seller, already under contract or listed with an agent
RemedyApproved credit to wallet; one request per leadCash or credit not clear; pages use both words
Written policyPublic refunds pageNo standalone policy page found; terms did not render

5 days from purchase to report an exclusive lead as not as described; an approved request credits the price back to the wallet (DrivenSellers, checked 2026-10-16). 21 days to request a refund on Exclusive and Active leads for listed reasons; Sale leads are not listed as eligible (iSpeedToLead, checked 2026-10-16).

iSpeedToLead’s window is more than four times longer, and that is a genuine advantage. A team that works new leads on a weekly cycle could miss DrivenSellers’ deadline and still be inside iSpeedToLead’s. DrivenSellers’ advantage here is narrower: its policy is published as one readable document with a clear remedy. If you lean toward iSpeedToLead for the window, confirm in writing whether approvals are paid as cash or credit.

Both sell exclusive leads; only one also sells shared tiers

Each exclusive lead is sold once, to one buyer, through DrivenSellers and leaves the feed when bought. iSpeedToLead’s Exclusive tier is sold to one buyer, and its AutoMatch leads are described as exclusive. Neither provider can stop a seller from contacting other companies on their own. The difference is not in the promise; it is that iSpeedToLead also sells shared tiers, so check the tier on every purchase.

When DrivenSellers is the better buy

  • You buy a few exclusive leads a month and do not want to pay a membership to get a reasonable price.
  • You mostly want B or C leads, where its listed prices are lowest.
  • You want the price fixed before you choose, with no “from” and no bid.
  • Your team makes first contact within a day or two, so a 5-day window is workable.

Our pick for this preference

Choosing a few exclusive leads without a plan?

DrivenSellers is our recommended starting point if you want to read an exclusive seller lead's card, choose it individually and pay a listed grade price, without a required membership.

  • Price before purchase: listed by grade, $99 (C) to $349 (A+), shown on the card.
  • No plan needed: optional plans credit their fee to your wallet; they do not discount leads.
  • One buyer per lead through DrivenSellers; the card shows motivation, timeline, occupancy, repairs and equity before you pay.

Limits: Inventory varies by market. Grades score the seller's stated answers; they do not guarantee a contract or closing and have not been validated against outcomes. You have 5 days to report a lead as not as described; approved requests are wallet credit, and some providers state longer windows.

When iSpeedToLead is the better buy

  • You buy enough exclusive leads each month that the Club price lowers your total cost.
  • You mostly buy top-grade leads in volume, where the member price is below DrivenSellers’ A+ price.
  • You need more than 5 days to work and assess a lead; 21 days fits a weekly workflow.
  • You want automatic delivery by bid or budget alongside browsing.
  • You also want access to cheaper shared tiers and understand they are shared.

If you are still unsure, run the same small test on both: a fixed number of exclusive leads in one market, the same buy box, and an outcome log.
