Seller-lead provider reviews
Pick a profile by how you want to buy. Each review covers one provider’s current public terms: what you can see before paying, how the price is set, what you must commit, what “exclusive” means there, and how bad-lead requests work.
What these reviews are, and are not
Every profile is documented from the provider’s public materials, re-read on October 16, 2026. We did not open paid accounts, buy leads or measure close rates, so no review carries a star rating or a performance score. When a term could not be confirmed it says “not verified”, which is not the same as the feature being absent.
If you prefer to choose each lead yourself, start with the providers that describe individual selection. If you prefer automatic delivery inside a territory, start with the bid-based providers. The best-fit shortlist matches both preferences to providers.

DrivenSellers review: lead previews, listed grade prices and the trade-offsOur pick for investors who want to read an exclusive lead's card and pay a listed grade price without a required plan; the 5-day credit window and grades that score stated answers without published validation are the main trade-offs.
iSpeedToLead review: lead tiers, Coupon Club pricing and the 21-day windowA broad marketplace with three lead tiers, four buying modes and a 21-day request window; price it by the exact tier and decide whether Coupon Club pays for itself at your volume.
Property Leads review: territory bids, the $1,500 deposit and the 7-day windowA territory model for investors who want leads delivered without choosing each one; the bid floor is not the price, and the $1,500 starting deposit is non-refundable.
Each review appears here once an editor has checked its provider terms against the provider’s own pages.
