Seller-lead buying models, compared with sources

Choose how you want to buy seller leads, then compare the providers.

A territory bid, a shared inquiry and an individually selected exclusive lead are different purchases. Start with the workflow you want, then compare the real commitment, exclusivity and credit terms. Every term links to the provider’s own page and the date we checked it.

Start with your preference

Three ways to buy, three different purchases

Pick the workflow that matches how your team works. Each path links only to pages that are published.

  • I want to inspect and choose individual leads

You read each lead card, check it against your buy box and pay only for the ones you pick. Compare what is visible before payment, whether the price is listed or bid, and what “exclusive” means for that product.

  • I want leads assigned inside a territory

You set a territory, a bid and a budget, and the provider delivers leads automatically. Compare minimum bids, deposits or commitments, delivery rules and how disputes affect your account.

  • I have outbound capacity and prospect owner lists

Owner records are a different purchase from seller inquiries: the owner has not asked to be contacted. Budget for enrichment, outreach and qualification, and follow calling and texting rules.

Our pick for selective lead buying

DrivenSellers is our recommended starting point if you want to read an exclusive seller lead's card, choose it individually and pay a listed grade price, without a required membership.

Limits: Inventory varies by market. Grades score the seller's stated answers; they do not guarantee a contract or closing and have not been validated against outcomes. You have 5 days to report a lead as not as described; approved requests are wallet credit, and some providers state longer windows.

How we reach a recommendation

We document each provider from its own current public pages and say so. We have not opened paid accounts or measured close rates, so we do not rank providers on outcomes. Our recommendations are buyer-fit conclusions: which buying model and terms suit a stated preference, with the trade-offs next to them.

Seller Lead Report is operated by the team behind DrivenSellers, which is why the relationship is disclosed beside every recommendation. Competitors appear with their real strengths, including longer request windows and territory automation.
